Course Overview

  • This course is designed for those who want to play a leading role in the future of construction, with a focus on Modern Methods of Construction, digital technologies, and sustainable building solutions. Suitable for those already in the industry or looking to get started. It develops practical skills in off-site manufacturing, BIM, and low-carbon systems to improve productivity and reduce environmental impact.
  • You’ll study off-site construction, alternative energy, BIM, digital construction tools, and core construction principles. This will prepare you for the modern construction industry.
  • You’ll study 1 day per week for 2 years. This part-time format is designed to work alongside your job or personal commitments.
  • You’ll be assessed using written assignments, projects, and hands-on tasks that reflect real-world construction scenarios.
