This Apprenticeship is designed for new starters or junior members in the quantity surveying profession. It focuses on cost and contract management within construction projects, to ensure they stay within budget.
The curriculum covers essential topics such as Law and Regulatory Frameworks, Contemporary Construction Techniques, Economics and Management, and Sustainable Practice; all designed to support your role and advance your surveying skills.
Accredited by the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). The apprenticeship provides a pathway to professional status, with access to a campus-based university experience in central Manchester. Whilst providing strong industry links, and practical learning opportunities.
