Course Overview
- You’ll gain a practical and theoretical understanding of the processes involved in being a professional within the construction and project management profession. This involves gaining an understanding of the role, its responsibilities; as if you were a professional within the profession.
The course can be delivered full-time, part-time, through face-to-face lectures, online delivery, and guided tutorials. The programme uses various assessment methods, including coursework, group projects, exams, and presentations. All of these examination methods are based on live projects and real-world scenarios.
You’ll develop key skills in project management tools, quality control, progress reporting, environmental impact reduction, cost monitoring, and health and safety standards.
