- You’ll be provided with a clear pathway into professional and management careers in civil engineering. Through combining practical and theoretical learning in scientific, mathematical, and design principles. It’s delivered by industry-experienced tutors and supported by advanced facilities. You’ll gain access to strong employer links through the Greater Manchester Institute of Technology. Whilst being offered flexible part-time study options to fit around work or family commitments.
- You’ll gain an understanding of civil engineering and construction skills, including design, structural principles, materials, surveying, digital construction applications, and mathematics. These modules are assessed through written assignments and course work.
- Once you’ve completed the course you’ll gain further access to progression opportunities including employment in civil engineering sector, higher or degree apprenticeships, progression to an HND, or the ability to advance to a full honours degrees in construction management or civil engineering.
