Community Coaching for England: Bury College (HTQ/HNC/Lvl 4)
This level 4 unit lays the foundations of learning by providing a specialised introduction to coaching in the UK landscape and different coaching functions.
Course Overview
- This level 4 unit introduces coaching in the UK and focuses on developing core skills. Whilst preparing you for Level 5 or job roles that require personal responsibility through research, independent study, and workplace scenarios.
- You’ll participate in vocational activities to develop key behaviours and transferable skills such as communication, teamwork, research, and analysis; which are valued in higher education and the workplace.
- Upon completion you’ll be able to, demonstrate knowledge of Sport and Exercise Science. Alongside gaining competency in subject-specific skills and transferable skills; that support effective teamwork, taking the initiative, and giving you the ability to problem-solving in a flexible and resilient manner.
