Course Overview

  • This one year top up degree is designed for students who have completed a foundation degree or HND in a creative subject and want to progress to a full BA (Hons) qualification. Specialising in the Graphics pathway, the course develops advanced skills in visual communication, design strategy, and creative development. This supports you to refine your personal creative practice through industry-led projects, professional facilities, and guidance from experienced tutors.
  • This course focuses on advanced creative development through a combination of practice, research, and enterprise. Structured around core modules covering creative experimentation, professional practice, business awareness, and a final exhibition. The programme supports you in shaping your creative identity, building commercial understanding, and preparing for a successful career in the creative industries.
  • You’ll be able to study on a full-time over one academic year. You’ll typically attend two days per week.
  • You’ll be assessed using portfolios, practical projects, written evaluations, presentations, and a final public exhibition to showcase your work.
